Does anyone else remember the children’s group Timbiriche? It is considered one of the most iconic Latin Pop groups of the 80’s and 90’s. The group was a rotating door for children singers that wanted to become superstars and superstars the group produced! Former members included the likes of Thalia, Bibi Gaytan, Eduardo Capetillo and, La Chica Dorada herself, Paulina Rubio. Often referred to as La Pau Pau by her fans, Paulina recently performed at the Texas Trust CU Theatre in Grand Prairie, TX. Our seats were front and center to hear her sing some of the most iconic Latin hits from the 90’s and early 2000’s. From Mío, Cause y Efecto to Y Yo Sigo Aqui, La Pau Pau gave us the show we needed and expected. The intimate crowd allowed her interact with the audience that new every word to every song. There is something nostalgic about watching one of your favorite artists growing up performing the songs that have been on repeat on your playlist for decades.
