the jay has gone through a few naming changes and rebrands to get to where it is today, but the essence of why the blog was started has remained the same. I launched this blog in 2012 as a simple way for me to share cool content about men’s grooming and style, design, and travel with friends. It has since evolved into a life | style platform where I have been able to share anything from up-and-coming brands, new eateries and boutique hotels, some of my favorite products and a few of my travels in between.

I tend to want to know just as much of the details and inner workings of a brand, hotel or designer as I care about the aesthetics and functionality of the product. It is that curiosity and eagerness to share my experiences with others that has gotten me to this point. This ride has been incredible for the last thirteen years. Since the inception of this blog, the content has been viewed tens of thousands of times by readers from 150 countries. That is mind-blowing to think about!

Thank you to all of the brands, designers, PR agencies and partners who have made it possible for this guy from Fresno, Texas (yeah, you’ll probably have to Google that) to experience and partake in this crazy world of style, design and travel.
